Our Beef
Our freezer beef operation is based on Angus genetics. Angus Beef is known for its finely marbled meat, which means that the fat is dispersed evenly against the actual cut of meat. This marbling trait of Angus cattle typically creates a more tender, juicy and flavorful meat than other breeds.
Our animals are fed a balanced diet, most of which is organically grown. Our animals are raised with no unnecessary antibiotics and absolutely no added hormones.
We practice calm cattle handling and low stress interactions to provide the best care and quality possible.
